Rev. Hammond, Gerard Edward, Maryknoll Father's merciful hand in North Korea these days, who loves our korean people much more than we ourselves do !
Rev. Hammond, G. Edward is our Korean people's very beloved friend for about half century so that his black hair now became half white and in the same time he was devoting himself to help the poor suffering patients in north Korea for sevral decade years. Now, no one knows hardly how it is really difficult to help the nothern suffering poor people, but he works for them not politically but with only christlike simple heart just as the Pyeong Yang diocese was the farm field for Maryknoll Missionaries as it's the first diocese Ordinary too. How holy saintlike Maryknoll young Fathers were working and martyred there!
Really their diocesan people was instructed by the holy Maryknoll young Fathers and the diocese was consacrated by the Fathers' holy blood, justlike the Roman Diocese during the Apostolic time was evangelized by the St. Peter and St.Paul, being consacrated by their blood martyred already!

Eward and of his some friends, living saints today that which only some angels of heavenly kingdom maybe know how much difficult work they were performing unpto now so long times even this year too, ANNUS FIDEI, really The Year of Faith !
